Alongside delivery performance, Customer Service is key to the success of Aspray Transport Limited. All our staff understand the need for excellent customer service and this is practised at all times.

Our Customer Services team are trained to help customers with any answers or information they require, which cannot be obtained from the Customer Information website.

Our ongoing investment in the latest IT systems has enabled us to allow our customers instant access to their despatch records; this is achieved using our online track and trace facility (customer information system) via secure private Internet connection. We provide our customers with personalised secure access, which gives them 24 hour information and scanned, signed proof of delivery notes. This system not only saves our customers time and money, but also on resources such as paper, which decreases our demand on the environment.
