Aspray
can demonstrate via its own in house IT department their ability to work closely
with customers to provide IT integration with their own systems, as well as
bespoke tailoring to meet specific requests.
Two
customer systems are available to Aspray Customers, They are...
Customer
Stand Alone system (Qualifying parameter’s apply) consists
of a PC, Thermal Label printer and manifest printer. This ensures that all
data entered
onto the system produces bar-coded labels and records are produced to ensure
traceability all the way through the Aspray System. The data is then sent
to Aspray via Analogue phonelines
or via an FTP connection.
We
provide online track and trace proof of delivery from day one, and retrieval
for 12 months. Our central Customer Services uses the latest call monitoring
software to ensure all telephone enquires are dealt with promptly, with our
Customer Services desk manned from 8:00am to 6:00pm daily by trained and
friendly staff.
