Our
hands on operational management is key to our ability to provide the best
consistent service and therefore the emphasis within the Company ethos
is to develop, enhance and maintain day to day control of all depots within
the Aspray Group.
Our team is headed by our Operations Director, supported by Senior Operations
Management, a full Regional Compliance Team, and of course management teams
within each strategically placed depot. All of the Regional support management
fully understand the depot operating principles and are able to influence
and control all stages of the decision process on a daily basis. This ensures
