Due to continued success and acquisition of a number of prestigious contracts we are now looking to appoint a Compliance Manager.
Reporting directly to the Network Manager you will be part of a close knit team responsible for the operational control of our nationwide depots enforcing best practice, operational standards and disciplines as well as setting targets and objectives in order to maintain and achieve operational KPI's.
Applicants should have proven experience within the carrier/parcel industry and must be able to influence operational team members effectively in driving them forward and gaining results. A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels along with a flexible approach to working hours will be required.
A full clean driving licence (only minor points accepted) is essential as you will be required to travel to depot locations and be prepared to spend time away from home.
