Aspray24 has been active now for many months in creating an action plan to maintain our industry-leading service. We have been actively engaging with Transport for London and trade associations, such as FTA and RHA, to ensure we are fully aware of the restrictions, which will be implemented during the Games and their likely impact.

Our Plans include:
· The creation of dedicated Olympic planning “War-Rooms” at our London depots. [Watch DVD]

· Increasing the number of delivery routes from our London and Eastleigh (Weymouth/Portland) depots.

· Doubling-manning a number of routes to allow final deliveries to be made on foot where necessary.

· Increasing the management presence at our London depots during the Games period.

·Providing an out-of-hours delivery service where requested.

· Visiting key delivery points that will be impacted to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

· Providing a facility to collect from our depots at Rainham, White City and Eastleigh.
