Will the Torch Relay affect my delivery?
There is likely to be some local disruption as the Torch passes along its route. Whilst this may affect the timing of some deliveries, we do not expect this to significantly affect our normal service. However, as the relay enters central London we do expect the impact to increase. In particular, we expect the 26th July, when the Torch visits central London, to be very challenging for deliveries in that area.

What impact is likely on service to other areas hosting Games events which are not on your list of affected postcodes e.g. Manchester, Cardiff etc?
Whilst there may be some local disruption, we do not expect them to affect our normal service.

What is a “Lockdown Venue”?
This is an Olympics site where, for reasons of security, access will be restricted for periods before, after and during the Games. There are over 50 locations, which include all the venues, the Olympic village and media centres.
Deliveries into these locations during the lockdown period have been awarded exclusively to the official logistics supplier, UPS.

What is the process for delivering into the Westfield Centre?
From Wednesday 6th June 2012 deliveries for Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre will be serviced by DHL for the final mile. All deliveries must be pre-advised by the supplier/carrier 24hrs in advance of the required delivery date into Westfield Shopping Centre.
