· We will continue to provide our standard Next-Day delivery service to all areas, including London.

· Due to the forecast levels of congestion and planned road restrictions, we have decided to suspend our premium-timed services into the most heavily affected areas. The affected postcode areas are:

London – E/EC/HA9/N/NW/SE/SL1, 4 &6, TW/UB/W/WC
Weymouth & Portland – BH21 & 22/DT 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5

· We will also be suspending our normal Saturday service into these areas, as weekends will be the peak days for spectators and road events.

· A collection facility (on request) will be available 24 hours per day at our White City, Rainham (Essex) and Eastleigh depots.

· Whilst we are not planning to make deliveries through the night, resource will be available on request (and at an additional cost) to do so.

· These changes to our usual service will apply from the 13th July for deliveries on the 16th July until the 16th September.
